The Heirforce comes under the Children’s Ministry, covering the 5th, 6th, and 7th graders who are “’twixt-and-‘tween.” That is, they are pre-teens, and don’t much like to be called “kids” anymore, but are not quite old enough to join in with their teenage friends in the WAREhouse, right across the hall from their classroom. The Heirforce (“takeoff” on Air Force) room was just completed, and, you guessed it, there are airplanes and aerospace things all over the place. You would have to be there to appreciate it.

The Heirforce meets every Sunday morning at 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. and each Wednesday night from 7 - 8 p.m., but they have special events, too, in the gymnasium, or wherever they can go to have a good time. The Heirforce teachers make a full-time occupation of thinking up ways for the kids to have a good time and still learn lessons from the Word of God.
